The building is one of the most beautiful palaces in the closed-line part of Andrássy Avenue. The reconstruction was intended to display a high-quality architecture similar to the original. The street and courtyard façades have been reconstructed, the stone and plaster architecture has been rebuilt, the courtyard sgraffito and well have been re-created. The courtyard was closed with a glass roof with a steel structure under the plane of the first-floor suspension corridors so that the former courtyard could become an integral part of the ground floor business while retaining a uniform view of the renovated courtyard facades.
